About Us
A home for every child who
needs one
Born Like Others (BLO) is a charitable organisation providing love, safety, education and a future for orphaned children in Uganda.
Our Story
Born Like Others is a child-focused program under Let’s Serve Christ Ministries, a registered non-profit NGO founded in 2011 by Robert Twinomujuni. The organization is led by Robert Twinomujuni together with his lovely wife, Olivia Twinomujuni, alongside a dedicated board of directors.
We are committed to transforming the lives of vulnerable children by providing a safe, loving, and stable home where they can heal, grow, and thrive. Through holistic care—including shelter, education, healthcare, emotional support, and spiritual guidance—we help each child develop their full potential and grow into confident, responsible individuals who positively impact their communities.
Rooted in Christ-centered values, we believe every child is created in the image of God and has a unique purpose. We therefore intentionally disciple and mentor each child, nurturing their faith, character, and future.
In addition to our residential home, we extend our impact into the wider community through education support, provision of school supplies, and structured mentorship programs. Through our outreach initiatives, we also support highly vulnerable and less privileged members of the community, helping to improve access to basic needs and opportunities for growth.
