Our Mission
Providing love, safety, education and a future
Uganda continues to face significant challenges affecting children, including poverty, limited access to education, and weak family support systems. As a result, many children are left vulnerable to neglect, exploitation, and an uncertain future.
At Born Like Others, we believe every child is created in the image of God and has a unique, God-given purpose. We provide a safe and nurturing home where vulnerable children receive holistic care, including shelter, education, healthcare, and emotional support.
Rooted in Christ-centered values, our care goes beyond meeting physical needs as we disciple and mentor each child, nurturing their faith, character, and God-given potential.
As Scripture says, “Train up a child in the way he should go…” (Proverbs 22:6). Through love, faith, and care, we are raising hope-filled children who will positively impact their communities for Christ.
